SHIPPING & RETURNS

Welcome to and thank you for shopping at 901 Shoemakers!

901 Shoemakers is committed to practicing CDC guidelines while diligently working to process orders.  Due to COVID, some orders may experience delays due to postal service problems that are outside of 901 Shoemakers' control.

SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Currently, shipment is available within the United States only. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from 901 Shoemakers that will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. For inquires about the status of your order(s) please contact 901 Shoemakers through the GET IN TOUCH page or email at getintouch@901shoemakers.com.  

RETURNS

901 Shoemakers is committed to sharing that Zeal for shoemaker's tools and materials.  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can return it. Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery. 901 Shoemakers ask that you: 

  • First, please make sure the item(s) is unused and in the same condition in which the product(s) was sent to you;
  • Contact 901 Shoemakers through the Get IN TOUCH page or email at getintouch@901shoemakers.com; 
  • 901 Shoemakers will provide you with a Return Material Authorization number and a ship to address.  A Return Material Authorization number must be obtained from 901 Shoemakers before returning any product;  
  • The Return Material Authorization number must be clearly marked/written on the outside of each returned package. Unmarked package(s) that do not include the Return Material Authorization number will not be accepted; 
  • Ship the product(s) back to 901 Shoemakers. Product(s) must be shipped within 14 days of the original delivery date in which the product(s) was delivered.  You pay shipping cost.  901 Shoemakers highly recommend that you use a trackable shipping method.  Issue(s) with Returned Packages: 901 Shoemakers is not responsible for lost packages or a return(s) shipped to the incorrect address. Contact the carrier if you experience a shipping issue(s) with your returned package.  Returned product(s) must be postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery date in which the product(s) was delivered.  Returned product(s) postmarked after the original delivery date will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.  
  • Email the tracking number and the Return Material Authorization number  to 901 Shoemakers;  
  • Upon receipt of the returned product(s) a full refund will be credited (minus the original shipping cost) to the same credit/payment method that was used to make the purchase.
 Note: You are responsible for any damages to the returned product while in your possession and/or during return shipping. No refunded will be issued for a returned product(s) that arrives damaged.   

    EXCHANGES

    For an exchange(s) please refer to the Return Policy and place a new order.

    DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM SHIPPED

    First and foremost, “901 Shoemakers sincerely apologize for any mistakes in fulfilling your order incorrectly. 

    901 Shoemakers inspect each product received from our vendors. If the product is damaged 901 Shoemakers will ship the product back to the vendor-not to the customer. With that said, 901 Shoemakers make every effort to carefully package your purchased product(s) to prevent damage during transit. Should your product arrive damaged or an incorrect product was shipped please do the following:   

    • Contact 901 Shoemakers (within 48 hours of delivery of the damaged or incorrect product) through the GET IN TOUCH page or email at getintouch@901shoemakers.com; 
    • Provide the order number and a photo(s) showing the condition of the damaged;  
    • 901 Shoemakers will view the case; and contact you within 2 business days with arrangements for the return of the damaged or incorrect product.

    NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS

    • Clearance items
    • Paints
    • Adhesives
